First in the PACK is a mentoring program that supports first year, first generation students’ transition from high school to Loyola. First in the PACK is a campus-wide network of faculty, staff and students who create a community of support as they support first-year students through adjustment challenges and teach them how to navigate Loyola’s resources.
We define first generation students as students whose parents did not graduate from a bachelor's degree program.
We are accepting applications for mentors and mentees, as well as faculty and staff allies for 2020-2021:
First-year, first generation students who are coming to Loyola next Fall are encouraged to connect with us.
