Located within the Student Success Center, OWLS offers free, peer-tutoring in writing and various academic subjects.

Writing Support for Graduate & Distance Learners
Distance learning students may use this form to submit a draft for tutor feedback. Fill out the form thoroughly.
Please allow three business days for a response.
Remember that we do not edit papers but instead give writing assistance and constructive criticism to help make your paper stronger. Tutors will remark on grammatical errors but may not note each and every problem they see. It is our hope that a few gentle reminders will help you learn to find additional grammatical errors in your work.
We look forward to reading your work!
10/12 IMPORTANT NOTE: We are experiencing techinical difficulties with the submission system. Expect delays, but we are working on it.
NEW this year! Tutoring for math courses is offered by OWLS!
The old Math Lab has closed and math tutoring has been integrated into the OWLS Writing and Tutoring Center in the Monroe Library on the 2nd floor.
From the fundamentals of algebra through calculus, differential equations and linear algebra, math tutors are now also a part of our team and are ready to help.
