Dario Bayardo is an Accessibility Counselor in the Office for Accessible Education. He works with undergraduate & graduate students with last names M-Z.
Dario is responsible for providing direct services to students with physical, medical, and psychiatric disabilities. Dario conducts intake interviews, reviews documentation, and determines accommodation eligibility. He also facilitates accommodations between faculty and students and serves as a referral source for the faculty, staff, and students of Loyola. Dario graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ with a B.A. in Psychology. He moved to New Orleans in 2009 as a Teach For America corps member working in open-enrollment public charter schools as a certified special education teacher and administrator. He is originally from Southern California but is proud to call New Orleans home.
