Emma Boelter

Graduate Assistant/Success Coach

Degrees:
B.A., English and Political Science, Tulane University

As a Graduate Assistant & Success Coach, Emma Boelter works with undergraduate students to set and achieve personal and academic goals. Her focus is to build close relationships and create a comfortable space where students feel empowered to think freely and are able to recognize and realize their full potential. In addition to working in the Student Success Center, Emma is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Loyola University.

Originally from Atlanta, GA,  Emma first came to New Orleans to pursue her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where she graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in both English and Political Science. During her time at Tulane, Emma studied abroad for a semester in Berlin, Germany and traveled extensively. Her favorite trip while abroad was to Istanbul, Turkey.

After graduating from Tulane, Emma moved to New York City for a few years and worked at Yelp, first as a sales account executive, and later as a sales manager.

Emma is thrilled to be back in The Big Easy. When not working or studying, she enjoys cooking new recipes, spending time in City Park with friends and her French Bulldog named Basil, and seeking out the best snowball in town (Plum Street Snowballs is the current winner).
