Faculty Resources

Early Warning Surveys

The primary goal of the Online Success Team is to support both the faculty and students within the online program. By collecting data submitted by instructors, we are better able to target those students in most need of assistance and work toward better outcomes for everyone involved. For our traditional online students, enrolled in online-only programs, we have been using Loynotes to track early warning flags. This survey is designed for intervention opportunities to help students who may be struggling in their online classes. Please share what you can based on assignment submission and student communication.

Please complete this Survey or access the survey link:

https://loyno.pharos360.com/apps/survey_requests.php

To complete for your student(s), please follow the instructions below:

1.    Click here to login to Loynotes.

2.    On the left you will see a list of your classes that contain one or more of the students we are requesting information about.

3.    Simply click on a course, select the student or students for whom you have feedback, and click the "Complete Survey" button to respond to the brief questions.

4.    If you are satisfied with the performance of any student at this point in time, simply select the student and click on the "No Concerns" button (you can select multiple students if you wish).

If you have any questions about logging into Loynotes, please contact Stephen Lousteau (lousteau@loyno.edu).
